Outpatient Infusion Center

Westchester Medical Center’s new 5,300-square-foot outpatient Infusion Center will provide medical oncology care including consultation, evaluation and management of patients and the administration of chemotherapy and biotherapy for patients referred to the Infusion Center. Other infusion therapies, medications and blood products will also be administered in the Infusion Center.

The new Center has: the capability to treat up to 12 patients at a time, 10 private cubicles and a private room.

All treatment areas are within view of the Nurses’ Station and equipped with recliners and televisions.

The Center is juxtaposed to Westchester Medical Center’s hematotherapy center where each year 5,000 transfusions and special procedures are performed for both adults and children.
